There is a 5 night
minimum reservation (except Christmas season).
A $300 deposit confirms your dates and we prefer to
rent to two adults only please.
Reservation must also be accompanied with a
refundable $300 security fee, returnable upon
verification of the condition of the unit, and no
extraordinary departure cleaning expenses
Total account is due 60 days prior to arrival.
