The spacious and bright living room features tropical floral bamboo furnishings, an overhead fan and a mirrored wall to bring the ocean views right inside your condo.  You can relax in front of the 32” Sony TV/DVD/VCR or listen to Hawaiian music on the stereo radio/CD combo.  Nothing has been overlooked.

The beautifully tiled  large lanai features two chaise lounges, a patio table, four upholstered whitewashed bamboo chairs, and a light fixture overhead. The lush garden, swaying  palm trees and multi-colored fountains with a walking bridge, and, of course, the ocean, are right before your eyes.
 


Your carpeted bedroom has a full width window, a new  20” LCD/TV, and a beautiful whitewashed wicker Queen Bedroom Suite from Pier One.  Your overhead fan and Simmons Beauty Rest Mattress and Box Springs  promises a  restful nights sleep after a day at the beach or a full day of sightseeing. 

The  new master bath is tiled, has a three sided mirror,  raised vanity, new sink, faucets and toilet, and a large glass enclosed shower massage. The second completely remodeled bathroom is fabulous as well and is located down the hall near the full size Maytag washer and dryer.

Screens on all  doors and windows allow the heavenly trade winds to flow throughout your unit.  Kama’ole Beach Park 3 is only 200 feet away . We supply two beach towels and two beach chairs for your added comfort.

Your unit includes assigned parking, free local phone calls, and internet access.  You’ll have an elevator to the 3rd floor and gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean.

Kama’ole Sands features a large pool, two spas, an exercise room, cyber café and four tennis courts free to our guests.

    $165 day  weekly rate; $180 day  for 5 or 6  day stays

  • Sept 1---Dec 15   
    $150 day weekly rate;  $165 day for 5 or 6 day stays

  • Dec 15--Jan 4      
    $200 day  ( 3 week stay)

There is a 5 night minimum reservation (except Christmas season).
A $300 deposit confirms your dates and we prefer to rent to two adults only please.
Reservation must also be accompanied with a refundable $300 security fee, returnable upon verification of the condition of the unit, and no extraordinary departure cleaning expenses
Total account is due 60 days prior to arrival.
