Full prepayment due 90 days prior to arrival or when
booked (whichever is less).
Extra charge for extra persons over occupancy of 4.
Security deposit of $300 required in the event there
are any damages or extraordinary departure cleaning
expenses.
Your security deposit will be mailed back to you
after checkout and verification of the condition the
unit is left in.
This is a nonsmoking unit.
Bookings subject to resort confirmation at least 30
days in advance.
