This unit is located on the ground floor of Building 3. The extra large extended lanai has a wonderful view of the sparkling pool and the lush central garden area. It is an end unit with only one common wall and a side window making the unit light and bright.

Unit Amenities include:

• Kitchen remodeled in 2006 with new microwave, new stove range, and new granite countertops. Included are all cookware, china, cutlery, blender, and coffee maker, etc.

• Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and DVD player. The area flows into a dining area with seating for four.

• Master Bedroom has KING bed with remodeled ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

• 2^nd bathroom services the forward living area and has its own shower. Guests do not have to enter or use the master bedroom suite.

• Washer/Dryer located inside the unit in a hall closet.

• Ceiling fans located in both living room and the master bedroom.

• Screen doors are located at each end of the unit allowing the trade winds to flow throughout the space.

• Reserved assigned parking space during your stay.

• There is cable TV in both the living room and bedroom.

The floor plan can accommodate two people very comfortably and may handle up to four people by utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room.  The unit cannot accommodate more than four guests.

• Rates are reflective of arrival and departure dates.

• Check-in is any time after 5:00PM on day of arrival.

• Checkout is by 12 Noon on day of departure.

• Front desk is open 24 hours a day for easy check-in/check-out.

• Bookings are subject to management company confirmation.

To all rates you must add:

• 11.42% Hawaii State tax per night

• $15.00 Resort check-in fee

Deposits and Refunds

• $300.00 per week deposit to hold reservations due immediately.

• Full payment including taxes is due 60 days prior to arrival.

• Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival refund is subject to re-renting the unit. If unit is not re-rented there will be no refund.

• Confirmation number will be assigned after receipt of deposit.
