twin beds which can be converted into a king, and a loft Master Bedroom
suite with private bath which is accessed up a large oak spiral
staircase. The queen pillow-top bed is new and very
comfortable. There is an additional bathroom with tub/shower
downstairs as well as a stack-up washer/dryer. The fully-equipped
kitchen has been remodeled with newer appliances, flooring and
countertops and includes spices, condiments, picnic supplies, blender,
rice cooker, and refrigerator with icemaker.
The living room has soaring wood-beamed ceilings and an entertainment
center with television and a stereo system including CD player (many
CD's), am/fm radio, tape player, DVD/VHS player with a nice collection
of DVD's & VHS's, games, puzzles and books. There is also a
television and VCR in the downstairs bedroom.

unit. If unit is not re-rented, there will be no refund or
depending upon the circumstances a partial credit for future use within
