- Check-in and Check-out: We welcome you to check in as early as 12:00 noon on your day of arrival as long as you let us know your expected arrival time. There is a one-time check-in fee charged by the front desk, which will cover your gate access card, parking pass and internet access code. Check-out time is 7:00 PM. These times are not the usual check-in/out times because we realize that there are many different airlines with various landing and departure times. We want our guests to be able to come to their home away from home directly from the airport without having to “hang around” until check-in time and to stay until it is time to leave for the airport instead of having to kill time between check-out and take-off.
- Deposit and Final Payment: We require a $300.00 US deposit or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. The unit will be reserved for you when we get the deposit. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations: A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
