Description of the Unit:

This lovely one-bedroom, two-bath unit was completely remodeled in August, 2005.    

The unit has all new furniture throughout.  The kitchen boasts all new shiny kitchen cabinets, appliances, and beautiful granite surfaces, all brightly lit with track lighting.  It is complete with cooktop range, built-in microwave and dishwasher.  It is fully equipped whether you plan to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai or in the tropical décor of the dining area.    The spacious and bright dining room/living room contains a queen sleeper sofa for a guest and has full wall mirrors that bring the outside in.  When you’re not sightseeing or snorkeling, enjoy the cable television, VCR, or CD stereo from your recliner.   

The large bedroom has a full width window and looks out at the beautiful slopes of Haleakala.  All new furniture includes a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress which will allow you to have a comfortable night’s sleep after a full day at the beach.   The master bathroom has Grohe fixtures in the shower and a custom mural on the shower tiles.  There is a ceiling fan and cable television in the bedroom. 

Screens on all doors and windows allow heavenly breezes to flow through, but air conditioning is available for those extraordinarily warm days. 

One of Maui’s best beaches, Kam III, is approximately 300 feet from the unit.  An elevator is available, the assigned parking space is close to the unit, and wonderful views from the lanai are of the pool, gardens, ocean and mountains.  The  lanai is the place to be at sunset!!!

Five night minimum reservation.

Adults only please, this is a non-smoking unit.  Smoking is not permitted within pool area, or on individual lanais, or within 20 feet of buildings. 

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. 

Reservations must be accompanied with a $300 non-refundable deposit by check or money order.  Total rent minus deposit is due 30 days before arrival.

Bookings are subject to our management company confirmation.

Add 11.42% Hawaii state tax

For less than 7 nights stay, please add end of stay housekeeping charge of $65.00.
