Enjoy our fully equipped, centrally located, garden view one- bedroom, 2 bath unit with washer and dryer.  We have a large tiled and shaded lanai for your enjoyment.

Our unit features new carpets, appliances and fully equipped kitchen . We have a large A/C unit in the living room with ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room.  We have provided an entertainment center with a 25 inch TV, VCR, DVD, stereo system, board games, and small VCR tape library.  We are Internet ready with a cable system at the entertainment center.

Included with the kitchen supplies is a beach umbrella and picnic cooler for guest use.  Our unit can comfortably accommodate four persons with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new futon sleeper in the living room.  We include a mid-week maid service at no extra cost.

This is a non-smoking unit, both inside and including the lanai.

Pricing Details:    

Seasonal pricing from $135.00, $170.00, $210.00. A deposit of $300.00 confirms reservations with the balance due 60 days in advance of arrival.  A security deposit of $300 is required, which is refundable 7 days after departure.  Add taxes of 11.25%, and a $65 end-of-stay cleaning fee.  We pay the Kamaole Sands resort fee for you, so you'll be entitled to a daily copy of the Maui News and an introductory internet card.  Combined, these are a $20.00 value.
