Unit 7-310  One Bedroom, Two Bathroom with View
 

Description of the Unit:

The unit is located on the 3rd. floor of building 7 overlooking the lush main courtyard gardens. The lanai terrace also has wonderful views of the pool area and the West Maui Mountains. This is an interior courtyard end unit with only one common wall and a side window making the unit light, bright, and private.

Unit Amenities include:

  • Kitchen remodeled in 2003 with new microwave, stove, and dishwasher.

  • Included are all cookware, china, cutlery, blender, etc.

  • Living Room has queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player.

  • Master Bedroom has KING bed with remodeled ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

  • 2nd bathroom services the forward living area and has its own shower. Guests do not have to enter or use the master bedroom /bath area.

  • Washer and Dryer are located inside a hall closet within the unit.

  • Ceiling fans are located in both the master bedroom and living room.

  • Screen doors are located at each end of the home to allow the wonderful trade winds to flow throughout the unit.

  • Reserved assigned parking space during your stay.

  • There is Cable TV in both the living room and the bedroom.

The floor plan is designed to accommodate two people very comfortably and may handle up to four people by utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit cannot accommodate more than four guests.

  • Rates are reflective of arrival and departure dates.

  • Check-in is any time after 5:00PM on day of arrival.

  • Checkout is by 12 NOON on day of departure.

  • Front desk is open 24 hours a day for easy check-in/check-out.

  • Bookings are subject to management company confirmation.

Jan. 13 through Aug. 31  $144.00
Sep. 01 through Dec.11   $135.00
Dec..12 through Jan. 12   $179.00

To all rates you must add:

  • 11.42% State tax per night

  • $15.00 Resort check-in fee

  • $75.00 Departure cleaning

Deposits and Refunds

  • $300.00 per week deposit to hold reservations due immediately.

  • Full payment including taxes is due 60 days prior to arrival.

  • Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.

  • Within 60 days prior to arrival refund is subject to re-renting the unit. If unit is not re-rented there will be no refund.

  • Confirmation number will be assigned after receipt of deposit.
