• January 6 to March 31:  $120/night or $750/wk

• April 1 to June 15, September 6 to December 15: $105/night or $700/week

• December 16 to January 6:  $135/night or $900/wk.

  Monthly Rates

• Value Months:  $2,400

• Peak Months:  $2,600
   

• Above rates are for four guests. 

• Five nights minimum stay

• $15.00 + tax resort fee at front desk.

• Free reserved parking and free local calls.

• A Security Deposit of $250.00 is due 10 days after booking to secure the reservation. This is used in the event of any damage occurring with a guest's visit. It is separate from the rent. No Security Deposit is required if paid by Credit Card.  Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after guests leave, if all is in order after departure.

• Full Rental Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Credit Card.

The condo is rented on a do-it-yourself basis. We do not provide daily maid service to allow you complete freedom, privacy and secure feeling like home away from home.
