Truly, what makes Kamaole Sands so desirable is the LOCATION. Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole III beach and beach park. Kamaole III is one of the nicest sandy beaches on Maui, popular with locals and tourists alike. The large Kamaole III beach park is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and is complete with facilities, outdoor showers, and children's playgrounds. Terms & Conditions:

  • All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax
  • $500 deposit required with reservation
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 60 days prior to Holiday arrival
  • Minimum stay: 7 nights; 5 nights during low season only
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice
  • 8 Guests maximum, up to 6 adults
  • Check in: 3:00PM. Check out: 12:00PM
  • No Smoking, no pets allowed

Cancellation Policy:

  • A flat $75 fee is applied to all cancellations
  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for winter holiday) will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival (60 days for winter holiday) are subject to the $75 cancellation fee and 80% of the payments will be refunded.
  • No refund on cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, or 14 days of holiday arrival. (Unless the unit is re-rented, then a pro-rata refund will be issued only for the days re-booked, minus the cancellation fee.)
